Feasibility & Design
From an initial no-obligation visit to chat over and assess your requirements, through to the introduction of an architect to design your project, we will be pleased to assist you.
Building Control
We will arrange the Building Control requirement through either the local council or an independent inspector and ensure that all works are fully compliant and certified on completion.
Planning Permission
If planning is required, we will guide and support you through the planning process to ensure the correct planning permission is granted.
Health & Safety
An important part of any project, H&S will be managed professionally and pragmatically. The team includes a H&S consultant to manage and oversee larger projects.
Project costings
We will provide realistic budgets to give you an early guide, followed by detailed costings once the design has been finalised.
Project Delivery
Our team includes a wide range of reliable, professional, and proven tradespeople who take pride in their contribution towards the delivery of each quality project. A works programme is drawn up and we will work to agreed timeframes.
